Can I test the class before registering?
|
|
A six-day, free-trial period is available for the six-week instructor-moderated courses only and makes it easy to find a course that is right for you. Sample a course or two and only pay for the one(s) you want. After the sixth day of the trial period, you will no longer have access to the course(s) until payment is received and processed.

How do I register, and pay, for a class?
|
|
Click the course link tab to search all courses, and filter as desired. Click a course title to review the description, syllabus, and requirements.
To begin registration, select Add to Cart, and Continue Shopping or Begin Checkout to proceed. Set up your ed2go account if you are new or login and complete the checkout process.
To complete registration, Call CE Support at 919-718-7500 to make payment.
Registration is NOT complete until the registration form and payment is received, and the payment has been successfully processed.

Do you accept third-party billing?
|
|
We accept third-party pay for all ed2go classes. If you, or someone you know, have been laid off check with your local NCWorks Career Center to determine funding assistance eligibility. Funding sources may also include My Career Advancement Account Scholarship, or your local Community Action Program. Check out some additional funding sources for the following counties: Chatham, Harnett, Lee.
We currently are not eligible to accept ArmyCA/ArmyCOOL funding.

Are refunds available?
|
|
Refunds are available for ed2go classes, with the exception of Advanced Career Training Programs and Self-Paced Tutorials. Refunds for all instructor-moderated classes must be requested prior to the 10% census date (within the first 12 days from start of course); otherwise, no refund can be issued.
