Rio Hondo College is located in Whittier and has been serving its surrounding communities for 40 years. We provide transfer, vocational/technical and community service education to students and community members. Some of our leading programs include environmental technology, nursing, administration of justice, and fire technology. Through Contract Education and Continuing Education, we offer many exciting classes to enhance job skills, business needs, personal pursuits, and youth interests. Now we have included new online classes which allow students to learn valuable information in six short weeks from the comfort of their home or office.
