Who is eligible?
- You are the current spouse of an active duty service member with Army, Air Force, Marine, Navy, National Guard, or Active Guard Reserve.
- Your spouse is in the E1-E5, O1-O2, or W1-W2 pay grades.
- Your spouse is a National Guard and/or Active Guard Reserve member on federal Title 10 active duty orders.
